Cross-Reference Notice: These Subscriber Terms are part of Quantir’s overall legal framework and must be read in conjunction with our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. In case of any conflict, these Subscriber Terms and applicable Order Forms will control for paid subscriptions.

The Data Usage Policy further explains how Quantir handles non-personal and project-related data created through the Service for analytics and AI model improvement.

1. Definitions

(All subsequent sections from v1.0 remain unchanged in substance, except for the addition of cross-references in 1, 2.1, and 4.1.)

Order of Precedence. In the event of a conflict for a specific subject matter: (i) the Order Form controls, then (ii) the applicable Product-Specific Terms (if any), then (iii) these Subscriber Terms, and then (iv) the Terms & Conditions and Documentation.

2. The Service

2.1 Provision & Updates. During the Subscription Term, Quantir will make the Service available to Customer in accordance with this Agreement and the applicable Terms & Conditions. Quantir may update features or functionality, provided such updates do not materially degrade core functionality.

Customers’ use of the Service remains subject to the Terms & Conditions for general platform use.

Use of Project Data for system enhancement and analytics is governed by our Data Usage Policy.

4. Payment

4.1 Fees & Invoices. Customer will pay fees outlined in each Order Form in accordance with these Subscriber Terms and the overarching Terms & Conditions.

Billing, taxes, and renewal mechanics should be read together with the Terms & Conditions.

Version Control
