Request Account Deletion
We respect your privacy and your right to control your data. Use this page to request deletion of your Tally account and associated data.
How to request deletion
- In the app: Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account, then follow the prompts.
- Or submit the form below with the email tied to your Tally account.
- You’ll receive a confirmation email when the request is received and another when deletion is completed.
What happens when your account is deleted
- Personal information (name, email, company, phone) is permanently deleted.
- Project data (walkthroughs, images, scopes, takeoffs, estimates, proposals) is deleted or anonymized within 30 days.
- Backups & logs may be retained for up to 90 days for security, fraud prevention, and legal compliance, then purged.
- Beta feedback and analytics may be retained only in aggregated or anonymized form.

Retention & exceptions
We may retain limited records where required by law (e.g., tax/financial), to protect security and prevent fraud, or in aggregated, non-identifiable form for service performance. No personal data will be accessible after deletion completes.
